Okay i filled out a application well sent my resume to this lady looking for a Receptionist job at a Health care place , she called me Monday Morning asking me if i wanted to set up a interview ...my mother told her that i would call her back because i wasn't home at the time ...My mom told me a day later tuesday ..so i called tuesday and left her a message on her voicemail ..she didn't call back the next day so i called again and left another message Wendnesday !. ...she hasn't called back and it is now Friday ...Do you think she filled the position even though i called a day later and she wanted to set up a interview or ?? What do you thinK ??? Please answer ! thank you !

be patient, there may be extenuating circumstances involved, or yes she may have filled the position. One thing though, talk to your mom, nicely and tell her that she really needs to make sure messages like that get to you asap. Be nice though she probably didn't mean no harm

Its possible that it hasn't been filled yet, but she probably has scheduled other interviews. The fact that she hasn't returned you call is very rude, but it probably means she has plenty of applicants so she isn't in any hurry to call you back...If you really want the job keep calling or perhaps stop by the office personally.

It is possible, but I would keep trying until I reached her. She might have gotten ill and been out the rest of the week!
