A can of soup was broken and I didn't know. Now the whole kitchen is reeking of rotten, spoiled shrimp chowder/bisque. How can I get rid of this stench?

first, make sure that you have all the food product removed. It runs into cracks and crevasses, so give it a good scrubbing with dish soap and water..

Second, mix some bleach and water. about 1 part bleach to 3 parts water, and let that soak on the spot where the soup leaked. You can soak an old towel or paper towel in the bleach solution and lay them on the bad spot. Get it as wet as you reasonably can. Let it set for about a half hour.
Wipe it up.

After it is bone dry, you can sprinkle baking soda on the soupy spot, under some shelf paper.

If it still smell funky it means that there is still food product in the cabinet. sometimes a bad can explodes and gets food in places you don't expect, so you might have to scrub the whole inside of the cabinet to remove it all.

simply put some pieces of charcoal in your cabinet, and close it for a while... the charcoal are supposed to absorb the stinky smell in your cabinet.
