For a creative writing piece my daughter is writing for a class.
Here is the synopsis of the charcter she dictated to me to type:
The girl is a tomboy and is sort of a bully. She's somewhat goth/punk but not to the extreme. favorite sports are softball and fieldhockey. She isn't someone that you'd ever want on your bad side. Although she seems tough on the outside she is really very insecure on the inside but tries to hide it. She doesn't have a good life at home and she takes out her anger on others, and herself by self injury (ie, cutting). She usually wants to keep to herself and has no problems missing out on an event, but she can also be outgoing, loud, and very sarcastic and witty.
So any suggestions for a name that fits that description. Tough sounding but not too unsusual?
My daughter is stuck on a name for this particular character and she always needs to get into her character for her too feel her writing is perfect. Thanks! she'll be really happy with the help!

I like the name Katrina because that always shows fear for some reason look at hurricane katrina it did alot of damage....So i think that would be a good one

A girl with a boys nickname. So maybe a Josephine who everyone calls Joey, or something like that.

Skye is a name that is unisex but often considered male. I personally think that Skye had an edgy feel and is not too uncommon. You might also try Alex or Ashton.
