Rabbits in the wild only tend to their babies about once a day. They are also most active early, early in the morning so it can be easy for you to think that she is neglectful. If the babies seem to be healthy and growing (none significanly smaller than the rest, some not moving at all) the mother is doing just fine.

Rabbits only feed babies once or twice a day, usually in the early morning and late evening. Otherwise, the doe will generally ignore the kits. Check the kits a couple of times a day, their tummies should look like they swallowed ping-pong balls, this means that they are getting enough milk. Handling the kits will not cause the doe to reject them, so you can handle them every day.
If they are not already, put the kits in a nest box. A shoe box will work. Transfer the nest and add some other nesting materials (hay, fur, blankets etc) into the box. The kits cannot fall out of a box, but they would be able to fall out of a nest.
You should give your doe extra pellets to help her care for her babies.

I bet they are cute!!! I used to raise rabbits. At different intervals go gently take her from the cage & check her nipples to see if they are wet. Or if they have milk dried around them. She will need a quiet place for about 2 weeks. With no handling of the babies. Some times they will reject them if they are handled. I used to cover our cages, & put a lamp with a 40 wt bulb above the cage, alot of straw or cedar chips. Give her plenty to drink & extra raw fruit & vegtables with her dry feed. She should just let nature take it;s coarse. Good luck with the babes!

if the little cute bunnies are hooking up with the wrong type of bunnies (i'm looking at you "playmates" HA!), then the mama rabbit isn't doing her job.
