Actually most colleges will only take your core classes and recalculate your GPA so if the classes that you do the best in are art, gym, band, ect. then yes, it's taken into consideration and your recalculated GPA will be lower.

are you in college and receiving those grades or in high school going to college? it matters more when your trying to get into a good school but if your GPA is high overall, you should be fine. However, in college you can't pass a class with a D or lower so since you got a C you should be fine

faculties do seem at this by using fact they are college point classes. They wont seem to lots at your AP very final examination score, yet they're going to take your grade in this manner in finished attention. it somewhat is tuff to get into college at the instant and you choose each and every little ingredient to make you seem greater valuable than all of us else.

Since you're taking geometry, I assume that you're a freshman. You should start doing some good extracurriculars that show leadership and commitment. That's just as important as your grades and SAT/ACT scores.

That IS the major thing they look at, since it is the only evidence they have of academic accomplishment so far. However, one grade which falls below the others will not kill your application, unless you are applying to an extemely competitive school.

Depends on what you're going into
Usually they'll want you to have certain classes and then they'll just look at your overall average
