They can't be added because they have different dimensions.

The dimensions of both matrices have to be the same. You can't add these together because the matrices' dimensions are 3x3 and 3x2.

N + T doesn't exist: These matrices have different
dimensions. N is 3X3 and T is 3X2 so you can't add them.
