I am a night person trying to be a morning person and that seems to have turned me into a 'why bother sleeping at all' person!

I work as a DJ, I eat, relax and go to bed at the same time as my wife. Then get up in the middle of the night and drive to work.
I'm home for breakfast, with her - sleep again in the morning - then I have the whole afternoon to do what I want.
I try to half a total of 8 hours a night, and I feel fine - works perectly for me...

Im a night person and so is my job. I like to sleep in, take my time waking up and im the most alert in the evenings and nite.
