I've been dizzy all day and have a really nasty taste in my mouth. I've been sleeping and I'm not better. I also have a sore throat. what's wrong

there is a virus going around that has those symptoms, some have a stomach ache with it also.

The dizziness sounds like vertigo. You probably have an infection that is affecting your middle ear. Get to a doctor. I had to surrender my pilots license due to permanent damage to my middle ear canal caused by an infection.
