1) Lack of Cash Flow is why you go bust
2) Other Businesses are NOT there to help you ..
3) The only thing worse than the Taxman is the VAT Inspector

Sorry but i don't know what your qualifications are so not able to offer much help. Do you have a small business agency where you live. or a start-up scheme?
