Yes, absolutely. They like you so much they want wrap you up in cellophane and package you like a cookie...with some nice chianti and some fava beans....pfffffff... Ok, yes they might like you, dislike you, or possibly be obsessed with you because let's face it everyone loves you, right? Now cancel the restraining order already. Ha Ha Ha. I kill me.

It is a distinct possibility if you were not doing/wearing something out of the ordinary, so yeah, there is a decent chance that the person likes you. The best policy is always one of straightforward truth. Confront the person and ask them. Of course, that is rather difficult. You may wish to ask the person's friends or some other such thing. I would not rely on other people's ideas for this question though- this is something that must be dealt with directly; it's not a yes or no kind of thing.

Yes, it could mean that they like you, or at least they are interested in you. But follow your gut instinct. If you feel uncomfortable or that something is wrong or not natural with his starring then be wary and let someone know. It may be nothing but you never know. You do not need to confront the person especially if you feel something is wrong.
But if it feels okay and you feel like starring back and with you starring at them you find them starring at you especially with a smile and trusting eyes then I say take chance and at least make a new friend.

Yes,or there just daydreaming...this wierdo boy in math class always stared at me. His friends told me he liked me. I said i didnt like him because he was kinda creepy and not so pretty!

oh those questions annoy the **** out of me. you already know what it ability whilst a guy is observing you. why hassle asking on right here? he feels like a flirt, yet flirts do no longer in many instances flirt with human beings until they locate them a minimum of bodily eye-catching.

It could just mean that they like your sense of style. Your clothing, make-up, hair and are just figuring out hoe they could get that look!
