I'd imagine the +/- thing is sort of like in hockey. The points scored by his team minus the points the other team scored while that player was on the court.
BA is blocks against, the number of times his shot has been blocked.

I think I kinda like that stat being displayed. We get a block stat all the time but it doesnt say WHO was blocked. That player just got an 0/1 in his FG%.
