if i am still at work then yes i tend to get upset unless it is when i am with people i love then i can get real goofy

I suppose I am guilty of giving people "the silent treatment" due to exhaustion on occasion....I suppose the cure would be to try and get more sleep! I don't think I could ever act goofy when I am beyond exhausted.

if im exhausted i go into a stupor and laugh my head off, but if i hadn't slept for like a million years i get so angry i bite everyones head off, but iv only done that once. its anyway better to laugh because ya know the saying that laughter is the best medicine. and if ur angry ur most likely gonna have a frown than a smile (unless ur paranoid) and it takes more muscles to frown than to smile! XD ;P ;) lol

Both, depending on the source of the exhaustion and the other demands being made of me at the time.
I do find that if I am exhausted, then I get irritated with people more easily - but I control my anger and deal with it later.

I GET STRANGELY CALM! I don't know why, when I am tired I get really calm and talk to people as if I was talking to a child, it is amazing, sometimes I think that maybe I should be tired all the time cause I taaaalk llllllike tttttthis and real slow and calm in a really low voice. Kinda sexy. "/

I get angry. That's when I need to take a hot spa bath or a long warm nap after some hot chocolate.

I usually get cranky and just go to the room by myself and try to relax and sleep before I blow up on anyone. So for me it never gets to the point where I get real angry.

lmao when im tired i will laff if someone says pudding.. actually id probably do that now lol but thats just me. but yes im either a *****.. but thats usualy wen i wake up after only an hour or two of sleep. lmao i remembr one time i was soo tired and i was drinking milk and started laffing at the milk or something.. and then i laffed again becuz i called my dad mr potato head or something lmao...!! =) and i couldnt breathe and then got a headache from laffing. but laffing is a good calorie burner and its fun! lol :)<3
