Midlife Crises are no excuse to have affairs. He was just waiting for the day he could have that excuse. Sue them both for adultery and alienation of affection and have them served at the office. That will put a smile on your face. Just get some proof and pictures or recordings of conversations, etc. Get out of the marriage. His affair won't last, but your distrust of him always will.

Wow, uh. I would show him you are attractive and he could loose what he has at home. If he is still at home then he has some sort of feelings for you, but there are other factors that need to be looked at also. Start interacting with the males and let it be known there are some speaking or showing interest in you to him.

Oh hon, I am so sorry!
My exhole left me for his co-worker after 24 yrs of marriage. Luckily I did NOT work there!
If your employer is big enough, ask to be transferred to another department, or better, a new CITY.
If it is a small place, look for a new job.
Change can be good---a new job, independance from HIM, and maybe even a new place....your happiness will increase with each step, TRUST me!
God bless you & give you the strength to do what you must.....which is say buh-BYE to him.

Can you give more details? Have you confronted him about his cheating? Are you sure he's cheating? I'm sorry you are going through this but if were you I couldn't deal with seeing them together. I would start looking for another job ASAP. Start putting your life in order. File for divorce and collect alimony and child support from the cheating loser.
