the only movie truly about Wicca is one called Drawing Down the Moon.. it is NOTHING like Harry Potter.. (as Wicca is not even close to being that entertaining for real)..
It is also a very boring movie.. and the ONLY realistic aspect to it is the Wiccan spellwork.. the rest of the plot is down right stupid..

"The Craft" is my favorite. There are some older movies like "The Wicker Man" from the 1970s which is about Paganism, which used many actual Wiccan Ceremonies in it. (Not the new Wicker Man, but the old one with Christopher Lee as the bad guy)

There is a movie with Nicole Kidman and Sandra Bullock and another actress in it as three sisters who are witches.Practical Magic. Another one which was a bit more scary is the Craft.
