Conspiracy to do WHAT? Without that answer, NO ONE can tell you what COULD happen. Even then, it depends on what evidence there is. The charges may be dismissed.

Was the act of conspiracy carried out in another crime or act? Then you will be charged with both the conspiracy and the crime, if guilty. Depending on the act, you may be charged and tried as an adult (over 18). If this is your first criminal offense, and you are not on probation from another crime, you MAY get parol after limited time depending on your role in the conspiracy act and the completed crime. If the conspiracy act and crime was at school, the courts are not likely to let you out on parol right away.

You need to speak to an attorney who specializes in conspiracy issues in your particular state. With a Pre-Paid Legal Services membership, you'll be able to have unlimited access to expert attorneys. They'll even act on your behalf if it will rectify the situation. Go to YourLegalAccess.net for more info and enrollment. Good luck.

It depends on what you're accused of doing. Conspiracy charges often give you the same punishment as having committed the underlying crime or at least a lesser charge of the crime. If you are in jeopardy of being arrested or charged with a crime, you should see a lawyer as soon as possible.
