Ok..I am a paranormal investigator and this is simply a bunch of fools messing around..If you examine that video and zoom in it has mass and physical properties.

Those are people in costumes if the girl was actually a ghost how come she didnt just disappear into the wall instead of just walking off to the side of the window

Looks like a real girl and a VCR with a shot playback head. I could be wrong. But I've repaired a lot of VCR's.

I don't think so but the video didn't seem to have any audio and there is no information on the circumstances of where or why the video was shot so with no information any guess would be premature.

no, you can clearly see that this is a reflection from the person holding the camera on the backboard... watch its movements, and you will see... everything else looks like people... but the video is too fuzzy, so you can't really tell...
