i have not talked to him since i was 3.im 17 now his side of the family doesnt get along with my side anymore so no1 on my side knows how to contact him.

I would visit the wwe.com website. There should be a link there so you can write to him c/o wwe. Just mark on the outside of your letter that you are long lost family or something to grab their attention. Hopefully you can get a hold of him. Lots of luck!!!!!
