Can I sue my 9 year old sister for ripping off the head of my Bratz Doll, and can I sue my older brothers for laughing?

I actually believe you probably could...if you could pay an attorney.

Those scumbags will sue anybody...they don't care.

You could sue your sister for value of the doll at the time she ripped off the head. Not the price of a new doll.

You can't sue your brother.

Your parents can also ground you for thinking this way.

In Ontario (canada) you cannot sue your own family.

My husband broke his leg falling down the stairs at his brothers house. Those stairs are narrow and dangerous. He cannot sue his brother.
