I've tried every major brand. I use Lenovo (IBM) Thinkpads exclusively.
They simply can't be beat...unless you want to spend 3K on Alienware...I have 15+ of them.

try Toshiba. i have been using this laptop for a year and half now and so far no problems. just keep scanning everything should work fine.

well i just recently bought a laptop for myself n i ABSOLUTELY love it. its a Sony VAIO VGN-FZ150E. i recommend it, tho its on the pricy side. if you want something cheaper, go for a dell inspiron (im not so sure wat model is best). good luck!
