Do colleges have school on presidents day?

I am trying to plan a vacation during that week, but I don't know if I will have class or not...anyone know?
I go to college in portland, or

You have to check with your particular college. We don't get Presidents' Day as a holiday, but some do. The location matters less than the specific college.
