awww that's how many christian/religious people feel about masturbation. i've felt the same way. God loves you no matter what and he knows what you've been through already because he paid for your sins. he is merciful so if you repent with a honest heart (which it seems like it since you cry and feel bad). one of the things about sin is that you're supposed to feel bad so that you REPENT. repentance is what God wants. he wants you to say you're sorry. he understands that it will happen again. "we're only human". when you get horny try to think of something else or jump up and down. go work out. its really hard but i'm sure you'll overcome it. listen to a christian song or play something soothing. talk to someone other than your priest if possible

You're not a horrible person !
It's a difficult habit to break. If you truly want to stop, you can do it eventually. Don't expect yourself to stop it totally at first. Find other things to occupy your time. Anything you enjoy doing. Come up with a new hobby. If you don't do as well as you want to do, don't feel bad, just start over the next day. Take it one day at a time.

First you need to answer these questions:
"Am i addicted to porn and watch it constantly"
if yes then you need to stop watching porn. porn causes you to become horny and may result in masturbation.
"do i have any friends, male or female"
if you say no then you should work on becoming more social, this will take your mind of the urge to masturbate and involve you in other activities.
"do i have any hobbies"
definitely get a hobby, as long as your mind is occupied than you wont need to masturbate
Now why don't you want to masturbate. I know people that masturbate around 7 times a day and are happy with their lives. they are completely normal and aren't kinky or dangerous. IT IS FINE TO MASTURBATE. there is nothing wrong with it and god wont be mad at you for doing it. As long as your life isn't being controlled by it and you refuse to see other people just so you can do it then you have nothing to worry about. you must understand that it is not wrong to masturbate. infact it can be healthy to do it regularly. but if you feel you need to stop for untold reasons than try working on occupying your mind with other activities.

Masturbation is normal and healthy. There's NOTHING in the bible against masturbation for women. Nothing. You're not a horrible person, you are enjoying your body, as God meant for you to do. It hurts no one.

How much energy, guilt and effort is it worth expending to "overcome" a perfectly normal and healthful practice? You can struggle your whole life with this and not "overcome" it. It's not worth it. There is no benefit and lots of pain and emotional trauma. It might help to learn of an approach to God through sex, Tantra.

You'd feel a lot better about yourself if you just stopped making those promises.
I really don't think God cares a lot about masturbation one way or another.

masterbation is not a sin. There is nothing wrong or dirty about it. End of story. Your priest should have already told you that. If he is making you feel guilty or wrong about it, he is a lousy priest. And you know what, he does it too whether he admits it or not.
