As long as it will allow you to graduate from high school, it will get you into college. Not necessarily the college of your choice, of course, but college nonetheless. Normally we look at grades on a 4-point scale, and I'm not sure how 78% translates to that scale, but usually someone with a B- or better average can get into a 4-year college. If your grades are lower than that, you may end up going to a community college for 2 years and then transfer to a 4-year university.

Well, not Harvard, but some public universities would accept that. You can also get into a community college with practically nothing and just establish a good GPA there.

yup. there are colleges for everyone. and if you are worried about your gpa you should go to a community college for the first two years to get your gen eds then transfer. lots of people are doing that now-a-days.
