I live in the woods and I take a hatchet out and cut a path to somewhere!!! It tires me out and I get something done...usually sooner than I anticipated!! worx for me.

I live way out in the country, I get my shotgun and bring an empty box, draw a picture of someone on it and "BANG" the heck out of the box. No more stress.

Yup ... music and cleaning. If I'm really mad about something, I put on my MP3 ... whip out the rubber gloves, and clean like hell. Hahaha .. too bad I'm not mad all the time, my house would be sparkling clean!! :P
