Well, seeing how my husband doesnt know what the clothes hamper is for, one of his shirts will do until I can get the tp refilled.

tear the sleve off my shirt or use a sock the shirt works better you get more "cleaning" area
i just read some of the other answers so i need to refine that that is only when i was doing const in the porta potties with no paper
