It will all depend on what you want to get into in university and which one you want to goto. Make an appointment and talk to a guidance councilor at your high school because they will be able to give you better answers then anyone on here.

You need to take, obviously, all the required courses. Take honors or advanced placement classes when you can. You will need a minimum of two years of foreign language, three or four years of math and science and English. You need to get As and Bs. Cs could be acceptable in PE and in your 9th and maybe one of your 10th grade classes. Your most important year is the 11th grade as that will be the last complete year on your transcript. Don't quit after acceptance as colleges can revoke their acceptance.
This sounds like lot of work, and it is, but it will be worth it.
Good luck.

Go to your local public library and ask the librarian to show you guide books that can help you answer these questions. They tell you about all the colleges, what they offer and what they expect from their average applicants. Good grades and SAT scores are going to be key, and you must also distinguish yourself from the crowd by having a few extracurricular activities to your credit.
