I wouldn't allow my child(if I had any) to go to a concert like that.

It depends on the maturity of the 14 year old. I myself have been a fan of Marilyn Manson since I was 14, and I wouldn't call myself a fan of his unless I could admire something about him outside of the music world. A couple of years ago, he did an interview with (I may be mistaken) David Duchovny in which he talked about impending fatherhood and how he would be willing to give up his music career (albeit temporarily) to raise a child because - well - it's simply worth it to impose honest and good values on a growing being.
I would make sure that any young person knows what values they're focusing on before they go to any concert or performance, but personally, I believe Marilyn Manson has the wholesome values to go along with the musical talent and the less-than-family-friendly style.
To be safe, have a talk over it first. It's always nice to make sure of things than be sorry later.

It's up to the parents..
But if I had a 14 year old he/she would never be allowed to go.
Let's just say Marilyn isn't promoting anything "moral" for the minds of youth.

heh. I did. If I was a parent, and I knew what went on I probably wouldn't let my kid go though.
It was very rough and a pretty scary at times, but everything was fine. I didn't get too trampled or anything.

It's mostly up to the parents but I would deff. say yes even though I don't like her!!
