You could try the black market, I hear you can get some great deals. If that doesn't work out, you can sell them to me so I can clone you and have you all to myself

jkjk Isn't that creepy? lol

Actually the sell of organs is prohibited on Ebay. As a matter of fact you can only sell them on the black market. So find a crappy doctor near you that don't care about anything but money, and there you go, you have a new hole in your body and a few grand to pay your credit card

approach a transplant surgeon, or look up anyone who's on a waiting list for something... like why do you want to do this? It's not funny you know, very poor and desperate people have had to sell their organs in order to be able to eat. Also there are many instances that people in police custody or street urchins suddenly turn up dead, and surprise surprise their eyes are sown shut, and not to mention that the rest of their body is hollow. IT's nasty, nasty, nasty, when your poor and vulnerable, you don't even get to keep the only thing you've got... your body.

Yeah I'm sure ebay is good, but how do you really trust it. Try going to a hospital and speaking with a medical director who can get you on some kind of plan. Of course they prefer people who can donate their organs, but when desperate times call then people will do just about anything.

EBay or try Criagslist.

Sounds like a good idea. I bet a guy that was an alcoholic needing a liver transplant would pay more than a father of 5 that needs one. Highest bidder wins!

You can post them on Ebay or Craiglist.

They are both. Craigslist, you post it in your area, like your hometown. And of course, Ebay is great. Try asking around if anyone wants to buy them, like your family, friends, people at work.

Wait, is this instruments or actual human organs? Oh well, it'll work for both.
