Everyone says "shake it" but that has never, ever worked for me. Maybe it works for circumcised guys but for normal guys there are plenty of cracks and skin to get pee stuck in..

Slide the skin back so the head pops out before you start urinating, and hold it there until you're done. You know how you can stop the flow mid-stream by "sucking in"? After you're done urinating, do that same sucking in, and you'll get an extra squirt. Then push out. Then suck in. After you do this a couple times, give it a shake, slide the skin back down, and you're good to go.

Pull your foeskin back to reveal your glans and then pee... then shake.. then let go of your foreskin.... It's a cleaner habit to get into.
EDIT:
OK.. so you already do this... Maybe you should try some PC exercises.. this strengthens the muscles you use to pee with. You dont need an erection for this.. squeeze those muscles as though holding back urine... hold squeezed as tight as you can for 3 seconds.... now repeat 20 times... and do this three times a day for a month. It will improve your aim.. and it will improve your ejaculation!

I just pull my skin back and forth to get rid of any excess pee. Thats if I'm at a urinal. If I'm in a cubicle then definitely wipe!

Urinals do not have rolls of toilet paper next to them, so nothing to wipe with. And some of them have signs that say "do not throw anything in the urinals", so what what a bother the paper is if you do wipe.

I can't imagine all the guys at a sporting event standing at the urinals holding pieces pieces of tissue paper. Besides, urine is sterile. Most men do wash their hands, btw.

Why don't men wipe after urination, we don't need to wipe ourselves because everything is on the out side. Bah.

Right; that's a good question.Eventhough men has a small hole in their penis still thier panties or briefs gets wet too;so men you have to wipe too.Are you not feeling uncomfortable if your panty or brief is a bit wet?
