Did he really utter such a thing?

I've never seen a verifiable source on this and if you look at the results of a google search, they don't exactly provide credibility.

you'll be extremely ignorant to no longer understand that the undesirable Republican regulations that were in result for years crashed the financial equipment. If the Obama administration could be blamed for something it relatively is for no longer vigorously pursuing corrective measures that are sturdy sufficient to keep away from this type of destiny cave in. The regulatory framework could be bolstered, including enforcement. The tax cut back extensions for the wealthiest could be eradicated. Wall highway and the the remainder of the financial industry can’t be allowed to run amok returned and create basic instability. the government, on behalf of the people, has to pay interest on the financial concern and to take corrective action whilst bubbles and different probably risky financial circumstances are obvious. Lax regulation, deregulation and trickle-down are undesirable regulations that contributed to undesirable outcomes. in case you don’t study from the previous you will help regulations that would have the same undesirable outcomes.

Did the Google search suggested by a replier above and came up with nothing reliable. Nearly all the results are the exact same story, citing "3 people". No names. No proof. And not one of the sites is a major news source. Not even the liberal news outlets. Just blogs with obvious leanings to the left. The site noted above me is a great example. EVERY single story is anti-conservative and therefore not a reliable source. A poorly designed attack really. And the scariest part of it all is that all these delusional people who believe it is fact get to vote for the next president.

There is none and I'm certainly not a conservative. Everyone who knows me can vouch for that. I reject Bush and consider his administration inept and even criminal

Still I believe in truth and thre is NO CREDIBLE source that can confirm Bush said that. Again if there was I'd be the first to attack him over it but to the best of my knowledge that story is false.
The source of this story is unable to verify the statement claiming "...I heard from two White House sources who claim they heard from others present in the meeting...". This isn't acceptable by any journalistc standards

The link is a very liberal site

I have searched for this but can not find any proof. I seriously doubt a President would say such a thing even if he really did think it.

It's one of those things that someone heard someone say that they heard someone tell someone that Bush told his cabinet that the Constitution was just a G-d piece of paper. Someone posted this a while back a cited a blog that said close to the same thing I just did. If he had said that, CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, and even FOX would have run with it. It's an urban legend.

Other than the LIEberal media, I've seen nothing about it. It's a shame that so many people believe everything the LIEberal media prints and google doesn't make ANYTHING proof.
