Due process does not apply hear. The legal system has not gotten involved. None of these players have had charges pressed on them. Nobody has gotten arrested. Nobody has been convicted. None of these people have even been punished by MLB. It is just a report and the person that made it said he thinks that nothing should happen to any of the people listed in it.
