LMAO. I think it's getting to be a waste of time to label oneself politically in general.
The one party's just as bad as the other. No doubt.

No it isn't a waste of time. Everyone knows that the opinions represented on YA Politics are the most widely accepted and accurate representation of the American political thought process. It is relied upon so heavily that it is included as a vital part of the Presidents' daily briefings and considered a must read for any Presidential hopefuls. Identifying yourself in this way allows for easier screening and approval rating polling.

I think so. Not just a waste of time, but a dangerous distraction. The only way for us to confront the very real problems that we have, but hardly ever mention, is to start thinking and acting as members of one species and forget differences based on ethnicity, nationality, religion, political ideology, gender or any other arbitrary division. We won't do it though. Too bad for us. We're just along for the ride with blind, greedy C.E.O. s in the drivers seat.

CONSERVATISM: "A political philosophy based on tradition and social stability, stressing established institutions and preferring gradual development to abrupt change."*
LIBERALISM: "A political philosophy based on belief in progress, the essential goodness of man and the autonomy of the individual and standing for the protection of political and civil liberties."*
Most people who attach artificial political labels to themselves don't even understand the true definitions of those labels. They simply call themselves 'con's' or 'libs' because their media 'darlings' tell them that's what they are; they're brainwashed by the Al Frankens and Rush Limbaughs of the world into believing they actually 'stand' for something they don't even really understand.
Considering the definitions, it appears to me that there's a bit of both political dogmas in most of us. I don't know a liberal who doesn't believe in social stability, nor do I know a conservative who doesn't believe in progress. So why do we waste our time and energy with such childish name-calling and juvenile jabs instead of coming together to fight the REAL 'enemy': the monopolistic, corrupt two-party political system that retains its stranglehold on the American voters by giving them no real choice of candidates? It's time we worked together to UNIFY this nation instead of constantly dividing it further. I challenge all of your 'libs' and 'cons' out there to give up your media idols and all their political Pabulum and try thinking for yourself!
As Adolph Hitler once said: "How fortunate for governments that the people they administer don't think."
So Rush Limbaugh, Al Franken, Ann Coulter and all the other propagandists simply continue to brainwash millions of Americans as they laugh all the way to the bank. I find that to be a gross insult to the American citizenry.
GROW UP, people. It's time to fight for your individual rights and take back this country instead of allowing the "Republicrats" to continue turning it into a dictatorship.

Yes.
Conservatives work and pay taxes.
Liberals draw Welfare.
Democrats either draw Welfare or work for the Government.
All are better than Moderates.
Moderates are "wishy-washy sissies". They don't believe in Anything. They just go along with the crowd.
