Wow Samm, #1 is tough.
#2 is"A" Thinking people understood the world was not flat and were not overly concerned about monsters. Practical, intelligent people thought the logistics - food and water - would be the problem. But, I don't know if your teacher means the intelligent scholars or the ignorant masses.

#3 is "B" The Spanish were thought to be the most brutal in their dealings with native people in the Americas, and the British used this for propaganda. That's what an internet search shows. I don't know what your teacher said in class.
There could be more than one "Black Legend."

Mercantilism involves hoarding bullion (gold and silver) in a national treasury - - hard cash money received as payment for exported goods. Imports were discouraged by tariffs - - so that would tend to decrease trade between European mercantilistic nations - -each trying to export but not import. So "C" should be false.
But mercantilism requires cash money as payment, so "B' should also be false. This may be the 'most' false.
I'm not sure where borrowing money fits with mercantilism - so "A" is a mystery.

I suspect your teacher has taught his or her version of this.
Do you have notes or a textbook? Teachers usually give you the answers they want in class. I'm not trying to criticize you
- - just suggest that the best way to answer a teacher's questions is to hear what the teacher says about it.
Many of my college students miss classes where I explain the questions and answers I want on my tests. They don't seem to realize that they can't know the material without being in class. Maybe you have been in class, but the teacher did not explain these things clearly.
You might ask your classmates what they heard. Good Luck
