im i need of a laptop and a laptop that can operate current high graphic computer games. i know leopard can play windows games, but which has the best performance? which computer has the most variety of hardware add-ons (video cards and the like)? are they about equal?

I haven't tested out personally, but I would think for better gaming Vista, although it is a crap operating system and takes up a hell loada ram, it has direct x 10, I don't know if the games made for mac's like the ones from electronic arts have as good performance on a mac as on Direct X 10, but I never knew that leopard can play windows games, are you sure this isn't just with crossover or an emulator... or virtualisation program, cuz if it is, you will get lagg

I would have to say Vista, for hardware compatibility. Mac just is not as open as Windows tends to be.

i would go with vista because macs are nice but not meant for gaming.
