The main question is if there is a network printer installed in your office or a printer that is shared for all to use. The method will vary depending on the printer network setup.

follow this guide for a printer attached directly to the network

http://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/windows/xp/all/proddocs/en-us/sag_setup_direct_printer.mspx?mfr=true

follow this guide for a Network printer with a IP address or via TCP/IP

Cheers!
