Hi there!
I can read and speak five languages:
English
Latin
Italian
Spanish
Anglo-Saxon
I'm pretty certain I could pick up German fairly easily because of the connection to Anglo-Saxon, and French because of the Latin, Spanish and Italian. But I'm really interested in learning Cantonese.

Of the 127 basic dialects used around the world, the only one I have difficulty with is Ubangy, (Because of the discs in the lips). However, it is somewhat possible to utter throat sounds and clacking if one uses Orio cookie halves as lip discs! (Being careful not to choke on an occassional inhaled crumb!)
Some langauges have no writing involved since all information is passed down 'word of mouth' from one generation to the next. This would be a hazzard when elders get alhimers desease, but interestingly enough, this is rare among most native tribes!

English fluently, as it is my native language, a moderate amount of Spanish, and I can speak some Chinese (but writing it is far beyond me).
