I'm not sure. The Urban Dictionary has definitions for "patty" and "pruitted" that you can look up to see which best fit the expression in which you heard it used.

While I was doing some research, I did come across an article about a young mother who gave birth to a disabled son. When she and her husband realized they weren't equipped, financially or otherwise, they gave him up for adoption. They have remained in contact with their son and the people who adopted him. Unfortunately, it seems her name became associated with the word, "uncaring." If you live in the Milwaukee area, then this may be the definition you are seeking. After reading their story, it seems very unfortunate that a woman who found herself in difficult circumstances now needs to hear her name used this way.
