I just want some of what Vanessa is taking.
First, mankind will have evolved from this that we are today to something that will be tomorrow. Or we will have killed our kind off and the earth will start again. It doesn't need us, we need the earth.
I think we will have some form of brain access to computers to retrieve information.
We may of may not have a way to find a living race, off world.
Global warming will effect life on earth, but not the earth.
As to Vanessa, the Christian Bible says that no one knows when Jesus will return, not one. So you cannot know when or if he will come. Your book says so. Me, I a Jew, and we are still waiting for the first one.

Technology will be so advanced to the point that we wouldn't even have to lay a finger on our remote to turn them on.
We will be able to explore multiple galaxies. I doubt we will find a new race though.
Global warming won't affect the world as much as AL GORE says it would because it isn't real... Go to Michael Savage.com and click on the article entitled: Debunking Global Warming. There are a lot of articles on there that provides evidential proof that global warming is a hoax.
The race will not survive. When the world ends a new race of people will evolve.
-The Christian Perspective To This Answer- When the world ends there will be no more Earth or humans. The good will go to Heaven and the bad to Hell.

Almost anything is possible. At the current rate technology is exponentially expanding, barring some catastrophic event, society could possibly arrive at the point in which nearly all of our collective effort will be mostly mental in nature (directly from the mind); human physical exertion will be minimized nearly to the point of obsoletion. (Of course, this would likely happen further than 100 years down the road, but it could happen sooner.)
Global warming is real. There is no dispute about that. Simply put, civilization will have to adapt to these changes as well as develop new ideas to minimize the overall impact.
The real question is: Is civilization ready for these changes? Will it continue on the path of progress or will it revert back into age-old mentalities, further hampering progress?

In the next 100 years Jesus will be ruling the earth and the wicked will be gone. during the judgement day of 1000 years.
The resurrection will take place and all those will return in the resurrection. John 5:28
During that time they will have an opportunity to learn about God and bring their lives into harmoney with god and be able to continute living forever on this earth.
All mankind is doing now is proving man kind cannot rule himself. Getting rid of the wicked angels.
After the next 1000 years, we will not have to explore to find life on other planets we will go there and create life on other planets by having children. We are just the begining of life in the Universe.

There sits on the hill a distant resonance, but I think that I can't seem to attend the stir.

I dont think we will get that far, unless 2012 doesnt happen, or WW3.
but if we can all get along then our world may become paradise.
rightnow its hell.
i hope there is reincarnation, because i want to see it then.
