Currently when I hear the phrase, Customer Service, I think of India and the call centers located there. While the representatives are all well-mannered, I cannot understand many of them. It has become soooooo frustrating to attempt to explain a problem or situation to someone who does not fully understand our culture or our language. I don't know what name should be applied but it is definitely not the "Customer Service" practiced at places like Sears Roebuck thirty years ago.

This would be someone to deal with the needs of a customer. Unfortunately in NC, customer service doesn't really exist.
