It sounds like it was a 1 time deal. They gave him enough money to get him to accept the offer.
I think it would be kind of funny if he signed with TNA now. Do a 1 time deal with them and the WWE lets him win, then sign with TNA.
Also the event on December 27 doesn't say anything about RVD being there. So keep hoping but I doubt he will be there.

Vince gave all the stars a lot of money and RVD going back to WWE is just like Brett Hart coming back to wrestle, the answer is probably not
