It is probably "YOU DONT HAVE TO WORRY!" Maybe the name of the new album.

Also, if you highlight the page in the upper left corner you will see a clock pointing to nine o'clock. Maybe this means "Nine in the Afternoon" will be the first single from their new album.

But, who knows with Panic! Maybe, they are just trying to throw everyone off!
