About a week ago I noticed brown discharge on my pants and three days later the discharge turned into red discharge (no itch or odor) Please help.
I'm 28 and married.

if your discharge is brown or really dark in colour, its just your body getting rid of old blood from your system. This is perfectly normal. after a while when the new blood comes, your discharge will turn red again

You may want to see a doctor, I have never had that and don't know anyone who has get checked out I am sure it is nothing but you can't be to careful.
