Rachel

Honestly, it's a really hard decision because all of them are just really pretty names. Emma is really cute, while Gabrielle has class, but I think Rachel has both. It's cute, but still classy. Plus, Rachel isn't as popular as Emma or Gabrielle. I just think Rachel is the prettiest out of those three, but it was a hard decision!

Emma is cute for a baby or a small child, especially is shes girly. For an adult woman its absolutely horrible.

Rachel is a name I've never liked. It just doesn't sound that pretty to me. It means ewe or female sheep. I dislike the meaning, a lot. There are far better names out there in my opinion. I'm so glad my little brother was a boy or else I'd be the big sister of a Rachel.

Gabrielle is cute. Not a name I would bestow upon my daughter personally, but it isn't bad. A very normal name with a pretty sound and there will always be more Jaydens and McKenzies anyway, so it's usage is more limited.

Prettiest - Gabrielle

Gabrielle is the 'prettiest' name. It's of both Hebrew & French origin and seems to be soaring the naming charts... It's ranked #55 on the baby name charts. The name has a very feminine sound & is classy, which is why I deem it to be the prettiest. As an earlier poster said, it's hard to imagine this name on a tomboy. Also, there are soo many cute nicknames that come with this name.

However, the name I like the most is Emma. Sadly, it's ridiculously popular (#2 on the baby name charts). I believe the name is of English & Germanic origin... It's simple, strong, sweet, has class, suits a woman of any age, and the name has a certain charm to it.

Rachel is more popular than Gabrielle and less popular than Emma- being #38 on the name charts. It's one of those timeless names (as quite a few Biblical/Hebrew names are) and it's quite cute. The only thing that puts me off this name is that I know soo many Rachels my own age... and suffice to say, I have negative associations with the name. But, personal feelings aside, it is a nice name.

i think gabrielle is the prettiest...i picture pretty names as the ones that seems the most feminine, and i cannot see a gabrielle as a tomboy. it's a very beautiful, feminine name. i also like emma a lot, especially if paired with a unique middle name since it is common. emma gabrielle would be very pretty. i've never liked the name rachel - no reason and no offense!

good luck! ;)

I like Gabrielle the best.
Emma just sounds like a name that an adult never would have. Rachel is just overused. As a kid she can have a nickname of Gabby. As an adult she can have the name Gabrielle. I think it's a great name :D

I love Emma and was going to name my first child that years ago had he been a girl. However, it's way too common today it's been on the top ten list with the Social Seurity administrarion for the last couple of years.

Nice names but very common and Emma is the top girl name in many countries including the USA. I do like them all though. Go with your gut.
