Steve Nash is the best point guard

5 reasons why Steve Nash is better
1. He is a two time MVP.
2. He makes his teammates better, Look at the careers of Raja Bell, Leandro Barbosa & Boris Diaw.
3. Point guard essentially is pass first shoot second. He is better at that than Tony Parker & the other point guards in the league. #1 in assists
4. Has the intangibles with him; Court vision & leadership
5. Unlike Parker, Paul or Williams. He is trusted to hit the big shot when the game is on the line.

Chris Paul is the best PG in the NBA Parkers is better than Nash

nash is probably the best NBA PG presently, because of his passing, his durability, and his outstanding shooting %.
although a healthy baron davis can give him a run for his money.

nash is much better than parker. parker is probably the most overrated PG in the league. he cant rebound, he doesnt really get a lot of assists, he doesnt really get many steals, his defense isnt that good, most of his points come from layups, he cant hit 3s or long range shots with consistency. all he has going for him is his quickness and eva. if you have someone who can match his speed, then parker isnt nearly as affective.

Everybody forgetting about J-Kidd? The only thing Kidd lacks is a mid range jumper. Nash CRUSHES every PG in the league in FG and FT%, not to mention he passes the ball as good as Kidd. Kidd & Nash, undebateably, are the top 2. Outside of those guys you have the debate of who's the next best. Tony Parker is fast and dangerous in the paint, but his 3pt shot is terrible and he can't defend PG's like Baron Davis or Deron Williams. Oh yea, Baron Davis? A BEAST. People forget about Baron, like Kidd. Take Tim Duncan off the Spurs and plant him on the Warriers and I guarantee you'd all forget about TP and talk about how dope Baron is. Take Amare off Phoenix and put him in New Jersey and people would start to see just how dope J-Kidd is. In defense of Nash, what makes him so amazing is his accuracy on all levels on offense. Kidd passes with great accuracy, but he somehow could never hit a mid range jumper or a 3pt shot with much consistency (3pt better then mid range). Nash, on the other hand, keeps you guessing because he can hit them all. AND pass. Offensively, you can't top Nash, He's just too money from outside. Defensively, Kidd is a beast. He will box out a true center, as well as any PG in the league. He sees the ball, on both sides of the court, better then any PG in the league.

This year or that you would want on your team? Kidd or Nash have been the best for a few years now. If I was building a team though I would want Chris Paul. He's gonna be the man for years and years.

1) Steve Nash
2) Jason Kidd
3) Allen Iverson (even though he is an SG stuck in PG body)
4) Gilbert Arenas (when not injured)
