No. Its just that lazy deadbeats smoke it the most. Which is why stoners have that stereotype. It can actually improve grades and creativity.

I have smoked it once and it did not make me dumb it would have been if I continued it is so expensive I dont think it makes you dumb I felt different and all but not dumb
