Nope...no clean slate ......every legal action of any kind has a paper trail and records of it..it doesn't go away or get erased just because it no longer is in effect.....

on public record for a divorce,but no other.it isn't like a criminal record,If you didn't do anything wrong it won't count against you,but if you violated it for some reason,different story.
