I think it's Hollywood acting like Hollywood!

Although, Oprah should be commended for some very positive public service she provides to the needy...I just think this particular move is "Hollytics" at it's finest!

I am for Obama - but I have wondered the same. Only time will tell. I like Oprah - but I hope her favor does not read like she is trying to tell ppl what to do. Some ppl read her that way. I think she is a person - not a thing - and she has the right to support a candidate. But it could turn some ppl off.

Probably. Oprah is huge in the States and will bring in tons of people to hear Obama speak. Thats good for Obama

People aren't going to not vote for Obama just because Oprah has endorsed him. Likewise people who support Clinton or another Dem aren't going to switch because of Oprah. Her impact, if she has any, will be on the undecideds.

I think anyone who's opinion is swayed by celebrity endorsement is not to be highly valued.

Yeah I have noticed, I have also noticed she only does for african americans.......pisses me off how she could support someone like him but thats how it goes
