Because too slow is anoying.. Like " Fckn go already. get outa my way - Gas pedal is on the right sh*t head"
And too fast is like "Holy Sh*t @sshole, what's ur problem, Crazy Fckr.. coulda hit someone Did u see that guy?"

but it is not!
it is only when they are going too slow that they are an idiot
and only when they are going dangerously too fast that they are a maniac.
but i suppose it is because people always like to be the better of the two and whatever they are doing is right.
why it is a differecnt word, i suppose coz slow people are retarded etc along those lines.. stupid. and maniac i guess is someone that is going to fast for their own good. crazy
