but it is not!
it is only when they are going too slow that they are an idiot
and only when they are going dangerously too fast that they are a maniac.
but i suppose it is because people always like to be the better of the two and whatever they are doing is right.
why it is a differecnt word, i suppose coz slow people are retarded etc along those lines.. stupid. and maniac i guess is someone that is going to fast for their own good. crazy
