Maybe...But if an employer is running and FBI Background check on you, i doubt they would care if you have a warrant for running a redlight (if it is not for a driving position). They are really just checking for felonies and the really bad stuff. No worries.

Yes and NO. Depends on who is requesting the background search. An unexecuted arrest warrant is not public, so only police or government will be able to access warrants that are active (not executed or arrested yet), they don't want to warn you of a warrant against you because you might flee. If an employer (not government) is doing a background check, an existing unexecuted warrant would not show up on his background check. And a warrant can be vacated with proper court appearance and payment of fines, etc., so it should not show up on a background search until executed.

Yes with no doubt. You need to take care of your warrant as soon as possible. If it isn't for something to serious. They sometimes make exceptions. If this is pertaining to a job. So, don't let that get to you. What the out come might be. You still have a chance. Just take care of your warrant.

YES.

All active warrants are filed with the national criminal intelligence database. That's why if you get stopped for running a redlight in Podunk, Iowa and they run your license your warrant from Sticksville, Alabama pops up and you get slung in the can for 90 days while Sticksville decides whether they want to go through the expense of extraditing you.

If it didn't then what would be the purpose of a Background Check? Of course it will show up.
