The most nationally read newspapers are The New York Times, USA Today, The Washington Post and The Wall Street Journal.

Others though have extensive regional reach. The Los Angles Times is read extensively on the West Coast. The Chicago Tribune hits about eight states in the Midwest pretty deep. Same with The Boston Globe, but for the Eastern Seaboard.

Well, the Internet has changed this answer. People now have access to both newspapers, so they certainly get read.

In terms of actual copies, the answer is probably/generally no. Only the New York Times and USA Today are available on a national basis. The LA Times does get well distributed in Southern California, and copies of the Post probably make it up to New York.

Even though they have bureaus across the country, the Times and the Post cater to their local demographics. You might find them at a few choice newsstand stores, but wouldn't find them in newsstand boxes in other major cities.

You would however find The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and USA Today in boxes downtown in most cities, even larger towns.

No media is independent. A string of actual statements may be a lie by using fact of unspoken assumptions or presentation in an irrelevant context. As to emails, you could bozo-bin emails sent to diverse human beings from chosen persons. After this Christmas airplane bombing attempt, it somewhat is particularly sparkling that the medical expert-officer who shot human beings on the army base in texas grew to become into no longer a terrorist. bear in mind how "convincing" those claiming it have been nevertheless. the only independent information is written ten years after the form.
