I am legally deaf and was required to take a psychological exam for vocational. Why?

When I went in I told them that I was sure that we all have a little bit of crazy in us but that I was there because of my hearing loss and refused to answer personal questions that didn't have to do with my hearing loss and inability to do certain jobs.

I answered everything they asked me at the vocational office and they said they were sending me for a career skills test but didn't tell me that part of it was a psyco. eval. What does being raped and molested from the age of 11-13 have anything to do with my hearing loss? What about them wanting to know how my marriage is? I just don't see how this has anything to do with the fact that I am deaf..

refusing to answer questions is indicative of an anger management issue, so they asked for a psych eval.
